I am 46 and have been diagnosed (after years of searching and being stuck all my life) with adhd-i.
My 9-year-old daughter is now on a research pathway because she is walking with the same symptoms as me.

I have been using LTO3 for 1.5 weeks now. I am an hsp'er and I always react strongly to all non-natural medication. The first two days of starting LTO3, I noticed that I had to get used to it but the symptoms were not too bad. I was a little nauseous and had some stronger emotions especially towards sadness. I felt so different the second day than before without LTO3. The ADHD had completely disappeared from me. I was calm, could sit still and didn't have 100,000 thoughts in my head. It almost shocked me a little. Then I switched from 1 capsule in the morning to a two half a day. Half in the morning and half in the evening. This worked well for me. I felt slightly more myself but with much more peace of mind. I noticed that I slept so well that one night after a half capsule that I wanted to continue that. Last week, I slept so deeply and feel rested when I wake up. I've started building up a bit since half a week. I now take a whole capsule in the morning and half a capsule in the evening. This seems more than sufficient for me so far. I researched for a long time but am very happy that I started taking LTO3. It really allows me to relax more. I hardly feel the agitated feeling I used to have every day anymore. Highly recommended!
